- We need more effective laws to prevent credit card companies from preying on college students and the working poor

6. Supports Raising the Earnings Cap on Social Security from $102,000-$250,000

- By raising this cap it will provide an additional $18,352 in social security for every citizen who earns over $250,000.
- We need a lock box on Social Security
- Estimated 35 million people at $18,352 each means $642,320,000,000 per year

7. No More Pork Barrel Spending Projects

- Limit each congressman to $15 million for special projects at home in their congressional districts

8. Return Control of Delaware and Our Country Back to the Working Men and Women, Working Families and Small Business Owners.

- Tax credits of $1000 per employee up to a limit of $10,000 for small business owners who pay their employees at least $9.00 per hour
- Federal Flat Tax of 25%
- Repeal the alternative minimum tax (AMT)
- Repeal the capital gains tax

9. Making Our Education System Work

- Repeal "No Child Left Behind"
- Fund education to reduce classroom sizes to a 20-to-1 ratio,
